  • Sacred Kings combines timeless ideas about masculine development with a contemporary, independent approach to men’s work. We offer an ongoing path of initiation, brotherhood, leadership, stewardship, and legacy rather than a single transformational experience. We are member-driven, transparent, nonpartisan, and nonsectarian. Leadership is understood as service, and men are encouraged to think for themselves, speak openly, and engage one another with respect.

  • In Sacred Kings, a King is not defined by power, status, wealth, or authority over others. A King is a man who governs himself with integrity, accepts responsibility for his life, serves those entrusted to his care, and leaves a legacy that strengthens his family, community, and future generations. We believe every man already possesses an inner King. Through self-awareness, brotherhood, courage, stewardship, and service, our journey helps men awaken that King and live with greater purpose, wisdom, humility, and authentic leadership.

  • No. Sacred Kings Global is an independent IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational membership organization and is not affiliated with, governed by, or operated by The ManKind Project or any other organization. We welcome men from all backgrounds while maintaining our own independent governance, mission, identity, and programs.

  • Sacred Kings is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every participant, creating a safe environment built on trust, respect, and integrity. Members are expected to honor the confidentiality of personal sharing, and Sacred Kings will take appropriate action if a violation of its confidentiality or privacy policies is identified.

  • No. As provided in our Bylaws, Sacred Kings is independent and nonpartisan and is not affiliated with or governed by any political party, religious denomination, advocacy group, or other outside organization. We welcome men from diverse backgrounds while remaining focused on our mission of personal growth, brotherhood, service, and leadership.

  • Sacred Kings encourages independent thinking, respectful debate, critical thinking, transparency, personal responsibility, healthy relationships, and service to family and community rather than dependence on the organization. We do not isolate members, dictate personal beliefs, require loyalty to a single leader, or discourage relationships with family, friends, faith communities, or other organizations. We believe every man has a voice, every perspective deserves to be heard with respect, and open dialogue strengthens both the individual and the brotherhood.

about Membership

  • Yes. Sacred Kings Global welcomes men who participate in other men's organizations. We respect every man's freedom to choose his own path and encourage participation wherever it supports his growth, provided it is consistent with his commitments and the values of Sacred Kings.

  • A Member in Good Standing is an Active Member who continues to satisfy the membership requirements established in the Sacred Kings Bylaws. This includes maintaining annual membership, remaining current with applicable dues, honoring the organization's Purpose, Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles, and conducting himself in accordance with the Sacred Kings Ethics and Standards of Conduct Policy. Being a Member in Good Standing reflects an ongoing commitment to the brotherhood and enables a man to fully participate in the life, governance, and opportunities of Sacred Kings.

  • Yes. Sacred Kings is intentionally structured as a member-driven organization. Members are encouraged to serve on Stewardship Councils, committees, project teams, and in leadership positions, while also participating in Community Meetings and the Annual Membership Meeting. We believe the collective wisdom, experience, and ideas of the brotherhood strengthen the organization. Every member has the opportunity to contribute to the future of Sacred Kings through respectful participation, service, and leadership.

  • Sacred Kings exists to help men become more authentic, responsible, emotionally aware, and purpose-driven in every aspect of life. As men grow in integrity, communication, leadership, and service, those closest to them often experience stronger relationships, greater trust, healthier communication, and a deeper sense of presence and commitment. While Sacred Kings focuses on the individual man's journey, our hope is that his growth positively influences his family, workplace, friendships, and community. A stronger man often becomes a stronger husband, father, partner, brother, son, friend, and leader.

  • Yes. Sacred Kings Global has a nominal annual membership fee that is affordable for most men, with additional membership levels that offer expanded benefits. 

  • Training fees and membership dues serve different purposes. Training fees help cover the direct costs of conducting Sacred Kings trainings, including facilities, meals, lodging, materials, and program delivery. Membership dues support the ongoing operation of the organization, including governance, technology, communications, insurance, member services, and community activities throughout the year. Sacred Kings maintains these funding sources separately as part of its commitment to responsible financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability.

about TRAININGS

  • Valor is the Sacred Kings initial training journey, a three-day immersive experience designed to help men awaken the King within and begin a journey of personal growth, authentic brotherhood, and purposeful leadership. It is a physical, emotional, psychological, and experiential journey that invites each man to better understand himself, confront the challenges that hold him back, and continue evolving into the King he was created to be. Through experiential learning, meaningful reflection, and authentic brotherhood, the weekend becomes the beginning of a lifelong journey of living with greater courage, integrity, responsibility, service, and legacy.

  • Sacred Kings does not assume that you are broken or need to be "fixed." Every man faces challenges, such as stress, fear, anger, isolation, addictions, relationship struggles, loss of purpose, or uncertainty, as well as opportunities to become a stronger husband, father, leader, friend, and servant. The weekend is designed to help you become more aware of yourself, your strengths, your blind spots, and the choices available to you. That awareness empowers you to make intentional decisions that align with the King you already are and the life you want to create. This is consistent with a central philosophy of Sacred Kings, that we don't fix men, we help them awaken, become aware, and choose their own path forward.


  • Sacred Kings welcomes any biological man who is at least 18 years of age and has a sincere desire to grow personally and participate respectfully with other men. Participants should be physically healthy, emotionally and mentally stable, and able to fully engage in the training experience while honoring the organization's policies and Code of Conduct. Most importantly, we welcome men who genuinely desire to grow, improve, and become the King they were created to be by leading their lives with courage, integrity, responsibility, and purpose.

  • Once you have registered, you are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from the training venue. The training begins on Friday evening, and all participants must arrive at the training site no later than 4:00 p.m. for registration and orientation. If you are traveling by air, we recommend scheduling your arrival in the nearest major city by 10:00 a.m. on the first day of the training. Most Sacred Kings training venues are located one to three hours from the nearest metropolitan area, so please allow sufficient time for ground transportation to the training site. After you register, the Sacred Kings administrative team will provide detailed travel instructions, directions, recommended airports, and any other information needed to help you arrive safely and on time.

  • Sacred Kings recognizes that the journey of becoming a better man is cumulative and never complete. Every meaningful journey begins with a destination in mind, but along the way we often discover treasures we never knew existed. Through exploration, experience, and reflection, new awareness emerges. No matter how much work you have already done, there is always another level of wisdom, growth, and purpose waiting to be discovered.

  • Yes. Participation in Sacred Kings is always voluntary. Every man remains responsible for his own decisions and may choose to leave a training or discontinue his participation at any time. While we encourage each participant to remain fully engaged so he can experience the complete journey, we honor every man's sovereignty, personal boundaries, and responsibility to choose what is right for him.

  • No. Sacred Kings encourages authenticity, openness, and self-reflection, but every man determines what he wishes to share and when he is ready to share it. Personal growth is never achieved through pressure or coercion. Our role is to create a respectful environment where trust naturally develops, allowing each man to participate at a pace consistent with his own comfort, integrity, and readiness.

  • The initial training is the beginning of your Sacred Kings journey, not its conclusion. After completing the weekend, men are invited to continue growing through Sacred Kings Courts, weekly Community Meetings, advanced trainings, Gatherings of Men, service opportunities, Stewardship Councils, leadership development, and lifelong brotherhood. Sacred Kings is designed to support a man's continued growth throughout every season of his life, from personal development to leadership, stewardship, and legacy.

  • Yes. Sacred Kings Global offers financial assistance and flexible payment options to help ensure that a man's financial circumstances do not prevent him from participating in our trainings. Please contact us to learn about available assistance programs.

  • Sacred Kings Global conducts trainings at selected locations throughout the United States and internationally. Most trainings are held in natural settings at retreat or camp facilities that provide lodging, meals, and other amenities. Please visit our Events page or contact us for upcoming training locations and schedules.

  • Sacred Kings honors the wisdom found in many cultures, including Native American traditions, while remaining true to its own distinct identity. Consistent with our Bylaws, we do not adopt or appropriate the sacred ceremonies, rituals, or religious practices of any culture or faith, and we remain a non-sectarian organization that does not promote any particular spiritual, political, or religious belief system. We encourage every man to honor his own beliefs while participating in a challenging journey of personal growth, brotherhood, responsibility, and service.

  • Most everything you need to know will be provided after you register for a training. Prior to the event, you will receive detailed information about the schedule, what to bring, accommodations, expectations, and how to prepare for your experience.

  • Yes. Sacred Kings can complement professional therapy by providing brotherhood and personal growth; however, depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to obtain your therapist's approval before attending a training.

  • Sacred Kings trainings are designed specifically for biological males, consistent with the membership and participation criteria established in our Bylaws. We recognize and respect that individuals have different experiences of gender.  If an individual does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Sacred Kings training, we will, whenever possible, respectfully assist them in identifying other programs or training opportunities that may better serve their individual needs, interests, and personal journey.

  • Yes. Sacred Kings Global maintains Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance and General Liability Insurance to help protect the organization, its leaders, members, volunteers, and activities.
