Members elect the Board of Directors, ensuring that leadership remains accountable to those it serves. This model promotes transparency, stewardship, shared responsibility, and active participation while protecting the organization’s Purpose, Vision, Mission, Core Values, Foundational Framework, and Guiding Principles.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors serves as the governing and stewardship body of Sacred Kings Global, acting on behalf of the membership to protect the organization’s mission, values, and governing principles. Elected annually by the membership, the Board provides strategic direction, oversees governance and financial stewardship, and safeguards the long-term health of the organization. Its role is to serve the brotherhood with integrity, accountability, and transparency.

Officers

The Officers of Sacred Kings Global are the Chair, Vice Chair(s), Secretary, and Treasurer. Elected by the Board of Directors, they provide day-to-day leadership and administration, implement Board direction, support members and programs, and help ensure that operations remain aligned with the organization’s mission and principles.

Stewardship Councils

The Stewardship Councils are specialized leadership teams established by the Board of Directors to support the ongoing work of Sacred Kings Global. Each Council focuses on a specific area of responsibility, such as governance, training, finance, membership, technology, communications, or spiritual development, and provides expertise, planning, recommendations, and operational support. The Councils also create meaningful opportunities for members to lead, serve, and contribute their knowledge and experience to the brotherhood..

Leaders and members share responsibility for honest communication, ethical conduct, clear decision-making, and personal responsibility. By making our governance understandable and our leadership answerable to the membership, we strengthen trust and responsible participation throughout the organization.

Foundation of Governance

Sacred Kings Global is governed through its Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, policies, and established governance practices. Together, these provide clarity, consistency, accountability, and continuity while allowing the organization to respond thoughtfully to changing needs. Governing documents and policies are reviewed and refined through appropriate Board and membership processes.
